Our college management believes in the overall personality development of the B.Ed. trainees as well as staff. So college not only imparts professional Education but real education, which mean completeness in curriculum. A wide range of facilities for recreation & creative activities is provided to the students. Physical activities are encouraged & recognized as facilitators of tough physical & mental endurance. There is an extensive ready ground for games & sports. The college organizes cricket, Badminton, Football, Volleyball, Table Tennis for the students every year. Thus the students are made to acquire team sprit, a sense of responsibility & develop communicative skills, which is a necessity in present times.

Cultural Programmes:

Several cultural activities are being carried out by the students and the staff in the college campus. Dancing/Music competition, playing of drama, folks, farewell and welcome functions, celebration of college day, celebration of national festivals etc are some of the important activities carried out during current session.

Academic Excursions:

B.Ed. as a course cannot be taught in the formal didactic style within the four walls of the lecture hall, so with the view academic excursions to school, nursery and natural forests, teaching, research institutes are the part of the course activity to make the understanding of education more effective, live and interesting.

Massive Plantation Programme:

This college is very well aware with the due social obligation. Thus college taking massive plantation programme every year in view to creating environmental awareness among the students and the surrounding peoples

Participation in National/International Workshops:

Our students/staff are regularly attending the national/international workshops on recent topics in view to updating their knowledge and exchanging their views and ideas. The college management is also organizing some lectures by inviting experts of national level on current topics in the college hall every year.

Creating awareness for sustainable development and conservation of the Bio-diversity:

Chhattisgarh State is gifted with immense natural resources, both renewal and non-renewal. The forest area has good fauna and flora wealth. Rapid industrialization and unscientific harvesting creating environmental problems and threatens to bio-diversity. Our college has taken step for creating awareness for sustainable development and conservation of the bio-diversity.

Participation in Child and Adult Literacy Programme:

Participation in child and adult literacy activity is a part of B.Ed. programme. Our students/staff are doing well in the field of literacy and other community movement programme in the area.
